What?

Catalan health information systems is a mess. Each provider has it's own information system and cross-collaboration is difficult, almost impossible. Although some improvments have been made there's still room for improvment. This project is a first stone on this direction.

Who?

CatSalut is the Public HEalth provider for the area of Catalonia. On 2024 and 2025 I have worked with the Care Lab to identify key strengths, weaknesses and co-create alongside with patients, manegers and health care professionals the future of the information systems.

How?

We did 2 round of workshops across more than 30 locations involving over 250 participants.

There were two rounds of workshops, a first one aimed two detect strengths and weaknesses and a second one aimed to co-create the future of the information systems.
